About Our Event

For over 20 years the Adirondack Championship has served as the premier martial arts event for Upstate New York and our neighbors!


Whether your competitive focus is forms, weapons, breaking, point style sparring or olympic style sparring, we have categories for you!


With dozens of martial arts schools participating, this event proves year after year to be the most exciting martial arts events in Upstate NY

At the Adirondack Championship many exciting forms events are offered!


  • ITF Traditional Forms
  • WT Traditional Forms
  • TSD Traditional Forms
  • Open Traditional Forms (enter any ITF, WT, or TSD form for your rank)
  • Weapons Forms
  • Sport Poomsae (black belt only)

  • Olympic Sparring (KPNP) - 10yo and up, Red belt and up
  • Olympic Sparring (manual) - Under 10yrs & all novice through intermediate ranks
  • Point Sparring (stop/go - Sport Karate style)

Breaking is the exciting way we finish up each tournament! From mid afternoon through closing, we make a mess as we run off breaking events for all ages & ranks
