Any new events for 2026?

At the 2026 Adirondack Championship we will be offering the very popular & very FUN Agility Obstacle Course event as a new competition category

Fun course for all ranks and ages
Mix of agility & martial arts kicking
1 practice session ( up to 5min) to learn course
2 timed runs through the course
Fastest personal time counts towards the medal

What Sparring Events are offered?

Olympic Sparring - Best of 3 rounds
Point Sparring (stop/go - Sport Karate style)

What Breaking Events are offered?

Breaking is the exciting way we finish up each tournament! From mid afternoon through closing, we make a mess as we run off breaking events for all ages & ranks
